Meditation Services Facilitated by Deona Frierson, LCSW, NM-I
Licensed Therapist| NeuroMeditation Instructor
Mindfulness and Meditation practice is shown to reduce stress and increase feelings of balance and well-being, even during difficult times.
Free/donation-based drop-in is a great opportunity to be introduced, reconnect, or deepen an already existing mindfulness or meditation practice. No experience necessary. Pre-registration required.
During this meditation practice, we will engage in Mindfulness, Focus, Open Heart, and Quiet Mind Meditation styles. Learn scientifically proven skills to improve focus, reduce stress, anxiety, and strengthen the physical brain for long-term health and well-being. You will learn both formal and informal ways to meditate to improve your emotional, relational, and cognitive functioning.
